Millennium’s Intelligy System is fully ZigBee certified for Smart Energy, totally ‘Plug & Play’ and provides complete control to view and manage the power consumption of all appliances within the home. At the heart of the system is the Intelligy Display, which reads utility meters wirelessly (meter agnostic) and features a large touch screen with an easy-to-read Graphical User Interface (GUI). This display allows the user to control all appliances from one centralized position and visually depicts the usage and power consumption costs of any appliance that is wirelessly connected to the unit. The Intelligy Display can show real time consumption for all utilities including electricity, gas and water, in hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly graphs. It also automatically calculates usage costs based on specific tariffs and it can even calculate the total net power consumed by deducting any power returned back to the grid from power generating devices such as solar cells, (when coupled to a solar inverter and linked to the Intelligy System).
